This place is conveniently located near the fresh market and within close proximity to shops, the river, restaurants, and entertainment, including Old Quebec.

The location was fantastic, 10 minutes' walk from Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac. Furthermore, it was next to shops, farmer's market, the river, restaurants, entertainment and more, the fresh market and historic sites.

Our stay at Les Immeubles Charlevoix - Le 1168 was fantastic! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The apartment itself was well-equipped and had everything we needed, from a full kitchen to laundry facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor drawbacks were a lack of instructions for certain amenities, such as the air conditioning and TV remotes, which would have been helpful. Additionally, it would have been nice to have been met by someone upon arrival, as we had difficulty reaching the host without phone service.

Coordination for arrival could have been better, as there was a delay in meeting us. Parking information was not as advertised and resulted in extra inconvenience and cost.

The parking situation. We were told to park in a nearby open-lot parking facility, which meant we had to wake up early to either move the car or renew the ticket.

Our host, Richard, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our trip even more enjoyable. we couldn't have asked for a better experience and this apartment was a big part of our memorable trip.
